1、Responsible for the management of laser marking process team and the research and development of marking process, ensuring that the marking process of the company is in the leading position in the industry.

2、Participate in the development and design of laser marking equipment, and cooperate with machinery, electrical and software to carry out the research and development of equipment.

3、Responsible for light path adjustment and testing of laser marking equipment.

4、Responsible for assisting sales personnel to receive customers, introducing laser marking equipment and daily process samples production and issuing reports.

Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above, majored in materials, laser processing, optics, physics and other related fields. Master CAD, CorelDraw and other drawing software.

2、More than 5 years working experience in laser processing equipment and process research, familiar with industrial laser processing principles, and understanding laser material interaction process;

3、Be familiar with the use of lasers and laser equipment, and grasp the selection of optical components and optical path debugging.

4、Good command of laser marking process, good coordination and communication skills.

Duty

1.Responsible for the development of suppliers;

2.Carry out the material price verification of the processed parts.

3.Treatment of abnormal quality;

4.To deal with other matters related to the relevant departments.

Requirements

1.More than 2 years experience in mechanical sheet metal quotation, familiar with CAD, SOLIWORKS preferred.

2.Be familiar with all kinds of processes such as vehicle, milling, grinding, CNC and so on.

3.Familiar with various surface treatment processes and quotations (plating, oxidation, baking paint);

4.Have certain purchasing experience and negotiation communication ability;

5.Mechanical manufacturing or metal material related professional, responsible for machine parts price verification;

6.According to the drawings and schematic drawings designed by the design engineers, the corresponding cost can be accounted in time.

7.Processing technology and cost analysis are carried out.

8.There are strong principles and professional ethics.

Duty

1、Responsible for the management, classification, sorting, filing and keeping of sales contracts and other marketing documents.
2、Receive customer's daily visits, calls, letters and other advisory services, provide logistics services to the sales department.
3、Deal with the plans, reports, documents, documents, materials, etc. produced by the sales manager.
4、Call back to the key customers regularly to help the sales staff to do a good job, to improve their understanding of the customers, to introduce the company's corporate culture and to make the customers more reliable.
5、Monthly summary of customer complaints, analysis of the most dissatisfied customers and summarize the situation, for the company's later improvement and formulation of the program for reference.
6、Assist in the sales recovery and timely remind the salesperson about the recovery of the relevant payment.
7、Put forward the rationalization proposals in time to help the sales staff grow up. For the salespeople on business trips outside, follow up the phone every day and ask for help.
8、Actively cooperate with other departments of the company to carry out work
